THE BEGINNING

Since it's my first post I'll start describing myself a lil' bit. 

My name is Andrea, I'm a 18 year old girl from Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain) and I'm completely in love with makeup and any beauty related stuff (but mainly makeup). Therefore, this blog (as the tittle says) is going to be about my passion. Even though makeup is the love of my life, I'm studying a Degree in Advertising and Public Relations.

I've always wanted to start a blog but I've always been too shy for it but now I'm decided to make what makes me happy, no matter what. 

This whole makeup-beauty thing started a few years ago (like 2-3) when I discovered "the Youtube world". I started watching makeup videos by spanish beauty gurus and then discovered amaaaaaaaaaazing youtubers such as Vivianna Does Makeup, Lily Pebbles, FleurDeForce, Zoella and my personal favorite Tanya Burr (YES, I love british-beauty-gurus). All of them made me realize how much I love this makeup world and how much I wanted to be like them, they're such an inspiration to me, not only in makeup but as a role-model. I'm planning starting a youtube channel but first I want to see how I manage with the blog.

Ps: as I said I'm from Barcelona so my main language is not english (even though I'm quite good at it) so if I make any mistake just say it.

Como es mi primer post, empezare por describirme un poco.

Me llamo Andrea y soy una chica de 18 años de Barcelona, Catalunya (España) y estoy completamente enamorada del maquillaje y cualquier otra cosa relacionada con la belleza ( pero principalmente el maquillaje). Por esto, este blog (como dice el título) será sobre mi pasión. Aunque el maquillaje es mi mayor pasión, estudio un grado en Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas en la universidad. 

Siempre he querido empezar un blog pero siempre he sido demasiado tímida para ello pero ahora estoy decidida a hacer lo que me hace feliz sin importar nada más.

Todo este asunto del maquillaje empezó hace unos años (2-3) cuando descubrí el mundo de Youtube. Empecé viendo vídeos de youtubers españolas y luego fui descubriendo gurús de la belleza impresionantes como Vivianna Does Makeup, Lily Pebbles, FleurDeForce, Zoella y mi favorita Tanya Burr (SÍ, me encantan las beauty-gurus-británicas). Todas ellas me hicieron darme cuenta de lo mucho que me gustaba el mundo del maquillaje y lo mucho que quería ser como ellas, para mí son una gran inspiración, no sólo en cuanto a belleza sino como a modelos a seguir. Estoy pensando en empezar un canal de youtube pero primero quiero ver cómo va el blog.
